A 6-week coaching programme which can be taken at any time you are ready. Course content includes:
• Content and tips on the weekly topics including a workbook with exercises and actions for you to implement. These won't take more than 2-3 hours per week (spread over the week), so will easily fit into busy schedules.
• A private Facebook group for support, motivation and sharing with others who have done, or are also going through the programme.
• One additional 1 hour one-to-one coaching call via phone/Skype (to be taken within two months of booking) to anyone who books before end of May 2018.
• The option for additional one-to-one coaching calls via phone/Skype at an extra cost – please get in touch to discuss.
