3 things you can do for your heath
Do you want to feel better and healthier, but don’t know where to start with all the mixed messages out there? Trying to eat healthily and work out, whilst juggling work, a social life, family and more, is enough to make anyone go a bit crazy.
Here are three simple things you can add in your life this week to start feeling better.
1. Drink more water
You will feel better straight away as your body needs water to function. We also often mistake hunger for thirst, so the next time you think you are hungry try having a glass of water or two, then waiting for a few minutes and seeing if you are still hungry.
2. Add more green veggies to your diet
The more the better. These are sooo good for you as they provide a number of nutrients and minerals and help the body with digestion and detoxification as well as many other things.
3. Get a good night’s sleep
When you are well rested you feel better (I’m sure you know that already). Your body has had a chance to renew and restore itself properly so you will have more energy.
