Me-time VIP coaching programme
Do you always put yourself at the bottom of the list of things to do? Is your health and wellbeing suffering because you can’t seem to prioritise healthy habits and routines? Do you want to make time to do things for yourself, and then actually do them, without feeling guilty?
The ‘Me-time’ VIP programme is for women who are fed up of being in the same place year after year when it comes to their self-care, health and wellness. You may have had success is the past, but old habits always seem to creep back in. You know what to do but find you just don’t do it.
Working with me one-on-one with VIP support and accountability I will coach you on how to make lasting changes in a way that works for YOU. Some of the benefits include reducing stress, gaining more energy, losing weight and finding your balance with all you have going on in your life. I’ll support you to keep going and find new ways to keep up the momentum when the stress hits and you just want to ditch everything.
I get it, I’ve been there. I know it can be quite a lonely and hard journey trying to make change that sticks. I have yo-yo dieted most of my life, I’ve dealt with addiction, the loss of a parent at a young age starting my own business, debilitating stomach issues, and much more, while trying to prioritise my health and get to a place where I am comfortable in my own skin. The three month ‘Me-time’ programme includes
- 2 x 1 hour coaching sessions per month via phone/Skype
- Recipes, handouts and other free resources
- Weekday email support (I aim to reply within 48 hours Monday – Friday)
This programme is only open to women who are willing to invest in themselves now and are ready and committed to making positive changes in their life.
